Seminar on the Evergreen Line with Hatch

Brian Choi, a Senior Project Manager from Hatch will be joining us on March 10th, 2016 to give us an introduction to track design & construction, which also includes track alignment design. If you are interested in learning more, please join ITE this Friday!

COWI Lunch & Learn: Bridge Design & Construction

Next week is PI Week. Be sure to order some Pies for your friends and professors. Your year reps are collecting donations for the Pie Squad to throw a pie at some of your favourite professors. Find out more about the annual messy event here. 

But pie isn't just for throwing at unsuspecting faces, it's for eating too! The Civil Club will bring some FREE PIE to the design studio next Tuesday (Pi Day). We encourage you to bring a reusable bowl/utensil. 

VOLUNTEERS WANTED

The 2nd annual First Year Program Fair helps first year Engineering students chose their department. The Fair this will consist of informational booths in the Kaiser Atrium, attended by our Civil students and Faculty.
Email flouise@mail.ubc.ca if you are able to volunteer anytime betwee 9am-3pm.
