I wanted to send a quick update to let you know that ChemBridge now has a new Macrocycle Library for use in protein-protein interaction inhibition and other low druggability targets where beyond rule of 5 compounds have been used successfully:
- More than 6,000 macrocycles have been synthesized and are available in-stock for purchase
- Pricing is designed to make the compounds accessible to both commercial and academic researchers
- Heterocyclic primary rings with sizes varying from 11 to 27 atoms; MW up to 800
