THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE CONGREGATION AND CORPORATION of the Presbyterian Church of Upper Montclair will be held Sunday, March 5th, in Fellowship Hall, immediately following the 10:00 a.m. worship service. A light lunch and child care will be provided. Please mark your calendars!
The purpose of the meeting is to receive the Annual Report of PCUM’s ministry in 2016; to act on the nomination of leaders (elders on Session, Deacons, and Trustees); to act on the recommendation to approve the 2017 Terms of Call (compensation) for the pastor; to review the 2017 church ministry budget as approved by Session; and to discuss any other business of ministry that comes before the congregation. All active members of PCUM have voice and vote at the meeting—and are encouraged to attend.

NEW - MIDDLE SCHOOL BIBLE STUDY
Middle Schoolers (grades 6-8) are invited to join a brand-new Bible study group led by youth director, Kaytlin Butler right before youth group and youth choir on Wednesday nights (from 5:45-6:30 p.m.). Come for a time of faith and fellowship. Email Kaytlin for more info (kaytlin@pcum.org).
MIDDLE SCHOOL YOUTH GROUP
Middle School Youth Group (Grades 6-8) meets weekly on Wednesday nights for a meal, fellowship and faith building activities, from 7-8:30 p.m. at PCUM. All youth and their friends are welcome!

SAVE THE DATE - MIDNIGHT RUN - SATURDAY, APRIL 1ST
PCUM’s Midnight Run program is a Saturday night trip into New York City to distribute food, clothing and personal items to homeless men and women at pre-determined meeting places. All teens and adults who would like to participate may contact Kaytlin Butler at kaytlin@pcum.org.

CAN YOU SERVE HUNGRY NEIGHBORS?
Help make or/serve an evening meal to homeless neighbors on a Saturday evening right here in Montclair! PCUM is part of the Montclair Emergency Services for the Homeless (MESH). Cooks are needed for upcoming Saturdays, including May 6 and June 3 & 17. Servers are needed June 3 & 17. PASTOR'S SUNDAY MORNING BIBLE STUDY CLASS
The Pastor's Sunday morning Bible study class meets Sundays at 8:30 a.m. in the Library (off Fellowship Hall). Come, contribute to this weekly time of fellowship and fun as we develop our Bible-reading skills, get to know each other, and discover together God’s Presence and voice in our everyday lives. NEW OPPORTUNITIES GROUP
PCUM's New Opportunities group meets at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday 3/15. The New Opportunities Group is for people seeking jobs - full time, part time or consulting. MEN'S BREAKFAST CLUB
All men in the PCUM family are invited to a monthly men’s group, which gathers the 1st Saturday of each month to get to know each other better, focus on our journey of faith, and have a good meal. Next meeting is April 1st.
JOYFUL NOISE CHOIR
The Joyful Noise Choir, for ages 2 1/2 through 1st grade, rehearses in the choir room twice a month right before Sunday school class starts.. This is a great opportunity for PCUM’s youngest singers to begin to foster a love of singing and lead their church family in worship! CHILDREN'S CHOIR
Parents of 2nd - 5th graders: PCUM’s Children's Choir ministry teaches children to love music and lead their church family in worship. Kids not only learn the song, but they also learn how to sing. They also grow spiritually, grow in confidence and self-discipline, and grow to feel more at home in their church. Rehearsals are Thursdays from 4-5:00 p.m. in the Choir Room. Upcoming rehearsals: 3/2, 3/9, 3/16, 3/23, 3/30. They will sing in worship on Sunday, March 12. For more information, contact Children's Choir Director Julie Platte at juliebplatte@gmail.com.
YOUTH CHOIR
