Slowly, I'm trying to turn my travels to go beyond showcasing the beauty of the world and soaking myself up with different cultures. I aim to promote responsible tourism, I want to educate the first time and young travellers (and the current ones) to be a responsible nomad. My blog wouldn't just about stunning photos or travel tips, it will be a platform where all types of traveller will get to learn how to enjoy the world we live in without damaging it.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE FORUM:
- Sharing ideas about how an unbeaten or mainstream travel destination could be saved from destruction
- Exchanging tips on how to travel and pack affordable but ECOLOGICAL travel gears
- Spread out any news that could benefit other forum members
- Feel free to ask if the tour you will be going to is ecological and is safe for the animals and locals
- This forum is not for me to promote my blog. I welcome articles from outside my blog as long as it will contribute to the forum's goal
EXTRA NOTES TO REMEMBER:
- All regular questions that most travel forums/groups can easily answer (eg. suggestions on what to dos/sees) will not be prioritised
- I'm not building another forum that entertains regular travel questions, this forum focuses on responsible tourism
- Ranting about a traveller who was/is irresponsible (some travellers are not aware if the tour they will/have do/done is responsible or not). Let's not waste our energy and time on hating someone. However, I encourage questions like; what's your opinion about riding a horse in the X tour? These questions will lead on educating all members on the forum.
- I don't expect us to have a massive member - I would like to focus on inviting travellers who are interested in learning to travel responsibly.
- No promoting your business, blog or selling your products. No affiliated links.
The world is beautiful, we human are not the only one who is entitled to enjoy this paradise. As a responsible traveller, let's give a thought every act we will do in our own country or the country we are about to discover.
So, if this is something that might interest you, I massively welcome you to join me as I travel whilst spreading the practice of responsible tourism. #ourroadtotravel - JOIN NOW!
