CHATHAM DOCKYARD, COPPER RIVET DISTILLERY & CANTERBURY
Start your day excursion at The Historic Dockyard Chatham, a maritime museum in the same location as the old dockyard in Chatham used to be. Here you will find three historical war ships and more than 100 years of maritime history! With its industrial buildings, cobbled streets and Georgian architecture, the Dockyard has been frequently used to film movies and tv-shows as well as music videos and photography shoots. Scenes from the James Bond movies Diamonds Are Forever and The World Is Not Enough have been filmed at the Dockyard, just like Mr Selfridge, Call the Midwife and Downton Abbey.
Near Chatham Dockyard you can find the Copper Rivet Gin Distillery. You can follow the whole process from grain to glass. Why not finish the visit with a Dockyard Gin & Tonic at the Visitors Centre or, if it is a sunny day, on Distiller's Lawn with a view of the river.
Time for lunch at a pub nearby, before the journey goes to Canterbury for a walking tour with the guide and some spare time to walk around on one's own before the coach goes back to London.
THE ART OF THE BRICK - DC SUPER HEROES
This March will see the opening of the exhibition The Art of the Brick - DC Super Heroes at Southbank. The exhibition includes close to 2 million Lego bits built as sculptures depicting super heroes and super villains like Batman, Superman, the Joker and Harley Quinn. CHOCOLATE ALL AROUND
A different London activity suitable for most tasting buds, is a visit to Rabot 1745 at Borough Market, a restaurant founded by Hotel Chocolat. Rabot 1745 uses cacao beans from St Lucia in their courses. How about Baked sweet potato gratin or 9-hour cacao beer braised shin of beef and Molten chocolate lava pudding made from the cacao bean on site served with Rabot ice cream sound? Maybe try it together with a Cocoa Gin Martini.
The School of Chocolate offer courses where you can learn to make chocolate, from beans to bar. They also offer tasting courses with chocolate masters.
LONDON GAMES FESTIVAL
For the second year in a row, London Games Festival is being held between 30th March and 9th April. You can try more than 400 different games on several different locations all around London.
The festival is being opened at Tobacco Dock in east London.

The graphic art studio MinaLima are currently hosting an exhibition with their own designer from the Harry Potter movies as well as Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them. Borrowed movie props from the Warner Bros Studio Tour is also on display and some art prints are available for purchase.
