NEW OFFICE SPACE FOR PELLA AND COLUMBIA

KLINGNER HAS SOME NEW DIGS


The Klingner Pella team has outgrown their office space
and has moved to a different location within the Molengracht District in downtown, Pella, Iowa.  Their new office is located
at 604 Liberty Street, Suite 125, Pella IA 50219.

Our Klingner Columbia team is now operating from their
first and official new location: 907 East Ash Street, Columbia MO 65201. John and Kathy are keeping busy assisting new clients and getting further acquainted with the community
and surrounding areas.

HAGEL 1891 TO BE FEATURED ON PBS

YOU WON'T WANT TO MISS THIS INSIDE LOOK AT
ONE OF MT STERLING'S NEWEST RESTAURANTS


Nestled in downtown Mt Sterling, Illinois, you will find Hagel 1891;  "a casual restaurant, featuring classic American food with a modern, flavorful twist. It features
a blend of casual and fine dining options offered in a unique, rustic setting."  The restaurant is located within
the historic Hagel building.  

 Mark McDonald from PBS' "Illinois Stories", will give viewers an in depth
 look at the historic building's transformation and further details on this
 restaurant that offers patrons a very unique dining experience.

 Klingner Architectural Group is proud to be the Architect of Record for this
 carefully renovated facility, which kept the charm and historic elements
 that were important for this delicate transformation.  Klingner's Steve Wavering was interviewed on various details within the project and will be featured during the broadcast.

NEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ON TRACK TO OPEN

THE NEW FACILITY HAD A FEW VISITORS IN THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY

PROJECT SPOTLIGHTS

AWARD WINNING DESIGNS FROM KLINGNER & ASSOCIATES 

Hope Haven's "Hopefully Yours", receives the "2016 Best Development Award", within the "New Commercial Category", by the 1000 Friends of Iowa organization.  The group promotes responsible land use.  Klingner Architectural Group completed this project.

The City of Quincy Bayview Bridge LED Lighting Project
in Quincy, Illinois was awarded a
Merit Award by ACEC-IL.

 Klingner & Associates is proud to introduce Brooke Mitchell to the
 structural engineering team at the Pella office.  Mitchell is a 2016
 graduate of Iowa State University with a BS degree in Civil Engineering.  She is originally from Ottumwa, IA and has interning experience with Iowa
