Spring is here early this year and it's already a great time to visit the parks! A hike at Cedarock revealed all of the early spring flowers in bloom, including the bloodroot pictured above, spring beauties, violets, and trout lilies. Little League season is about to start, the Community Centers are packed with activities, and Special Olympics Spring Games is coming up in April.

Cedarock Park is still operating on winter hours until April. However, Alamance County-operated Haw River Trail parks and accesses are now closing at 6:00pm starting March 1st. This includes Swepsonville River Park.
