Individual Rate Increase

Due to the increasing cost of health care, the premiums for all BlueChoice HealthPlan individual policies sold with effective dates prior to Jan. 1, 2014, will have a rate increase. This will take effect May 1, 2017.
 
We are notifying our members by letter. The letter will also inform members that they can continue their coverage through 2018. Your individual sales representative will send you a list of your impacted members.
