Dear Friend,
Upload a picture of a meal onto Instagram and help Knorr UK raise funds for The Trussell Trust!
We are delighted that Knorr, the UK’s leading manufacturer of stock cubes, are partnering with The Trussell Trust to help stop UK hunger. You can do your bit by sharing a black and white picture of your meal on Instagram in their Donate Your Plate campaign, and Knorr will add colour to your picture and donate the value of a meal to The Trussell Trust. Even if you don’t have an Instagram account please encourage your family or friends to do this, as each meal picture generates funds for The Trussell Trust!
Pictures must be in black and white and have the #FlavourForAll. Please help spread the message and ensure that Knorr hit their target of receiving 19,000 pictures and donate the value of 19,000 meals to The Trussell Trust. You have until March 29th to share - so get sharing!

Another milestone reached
This month we saw the 100th foodbank trained in our Eat Well Spend Less cookery and budgeting course.

"It’s such a fantastic milestone to have a quarter of the foodbank network now trained to deliver Eat Well Spend Less courses in their community. This will mean more people across the country will be able to access practical life skills sessions which have been shown to reduce people’s outgoings whilst increasing confidence in the kitchen."

Marking International Women's Day
Every week foodbanks meet women struggling to afford food, let alone items like toiletries and sanitary products. It's natural that the first thing anyone thinks to donate to a foodbank is food, but other basics like sanitary products make a huge difference in restoring some normality when you're at the point of crisis.
It's not too late to mark International Women's Day by donating sanitary products to your local foodbank to help women in crisis. You can find your local foodbank here.
