 St. Patrick's Dress-Up Day K-12 (Wear Green)
March 17
Rancho Christian School, K-12, will have a St. Patrick's Dress-Up Day on March 17. Students may wear green that day but must follow all modesty guidelines according to the RCS Dress Code. Students not participating in the Dress-Up Day need to be dressed in regular school uniforms.
 Spirit Store
March 20
The RCS Spirit Store will not be open during regular hours on Monday, March 20. INSTEAD, they will be open during the RCS Open House that night from 6:30 - 8:30 pm.
 ACSI Band & Orchestra Festival
March 21
The Rancho Christian Elementary Band and Eagle Band are competing in the ACSI Band & Orchestra Festival with other Christian schools on March 21 at Linfield Christian. The performance times are 8:25 am for the Elementary Band and 9:15 am for the Eagle Band. All parents and friends are welcome to attend to give these kids an enthusiastic audience to perform for!

 Preschool Summer Camp
If you would like to change your student's schedule for Preschool Summer Camp, please pick up a schedule change form in the office. If you do not wish to attend summer camp, please fill out a withdraw form and return it to the Preschool office or your account will be charged on June 1.
 Preschool 2017-2018 Registration Reminder
We anticipate the same consistent growth for the 2017-2018 school year that we’ve been blessed with for the past few years. This growth allows us to continue to improve our programs for our students, BUT that also means we need to plan appropriately to ensure the best student to teacher ratios and the optimum resources for our growing family of Eagles. We can do that best when we know our enrollment numbers. When you register early, you ensure our teachers are the very best, and keep great kids off wait lists! You can do amazing things for Rancho just by registering for 2017-2018 today!

Yesterday was Rancho Christian's 4th Grade Wax Museum Historical Figures Day! Every 4th grade student played the character of a wax historical figure from California. When visitors came by each student and pushed the "Play" button, each wax figure came to life and delivered a presentation about that figure. What a cool concept and the kids were amazing! March 20-24
Elk's Eye Screening is sponsored by the California-Hawaii Elks Major Project and is conducted by Certified Vision Screening Personnel. For each child that has a signed permission slip, the screening will consist of: Screening of visual acuity and external eye health, screening of the ability of the two eyes to work together, and observation of the muscular ability of the eyes to follow, fixate and maintain binocular vision. Please return permission slip by March 15. For additional questions please contact the Elementary office.
 Enrichment Session 3 Classes
Classes: March 21 - May 11
RCS Enrichment offers after school class sessions throughout the school year. Session 3 classes run from March 21 - May 11, 2017. These classes last for approximately an hour and include topics such as, Soccer, Wonders of Clay, String Art, Math, Cartooning and Snap Circuit Jr. Go to ranchochristian.org/enrichment to view the Session 3 descriptions, and to register online.

 HS Dodge Madness Tournament!
March 17, 7:00 pm
Friday, March 17 is the 3rd annual RCHS Dodge Madness tournament! Teams will arrive from 7:00 pm to 7:30 in the gym, and “exhibition” play will begin from there. Every team will play each other at least once which will determine the team's seed in the bracket rankings to begin tournament play. If you are not on a team, Dodge Madness is still an awesome time to come out with your friends to watch and support. The bleachers will be setup and music will be playing the whole night. Come ready play and cheer!

 Message from Coach Thomas: We had a good Track week, the boys opened with a win and girls fell to Nuview. Friday, our kids performed at the Irvine Invitational. We had a lot of PR's(Personal Records). Jaden finished 3rd in the 100m and 2nd in the 200m race which was a meet record. Thanks to all who came to support the kids!
