e2i Contact Centre Career Fair 2017

Dear Employer,

The first Contact Centre Career Fair 2017 co-organised with Contact Centre Association of Singapore (CCAS) and Employment and Employability Institute (e2i) will be held on 12th April 2017. Participating employers will be provided company booths for your line managers to network and assess potential Job Searchers. Detailed admin brief will be provided closer to the event date in early April 2017.

Date: 12th April 2017 (Wednesday)
Time: 1.30pm to 5pm (set up starts at 12pm)
Venue: Devan Nair Institute of Employment and Employability,
80 Jurong East St 21, Level 1, Hall 1

Please refer to some information on the terms of engagement for all employers invited to participate in the Career Fair as below:

1. Cost: Complimentary for invited employers hiring Singaporeans and Singapore PRs.

2. Gallery: Employer to provide the following information to be part of the gallery at the Contact Centre Career Fair:
a. Verbatims from current employee (who switched to the Contact Centre Industry and above 30 years) on what inspires them to be in this industry
b. Compliments from customers on Contact Centre Agent

3. Ambassador: Employer is encouraged to bring up to 2 Contact Centre Agent as an ambassador to answer to potential jobseekers' enquiries

4. Outreach Channels:
a.   Referrals from Career Centres and job seekers database
b.   Social media and digital marketing on LinkedIn and Facebook groups
c.   Straits Times Advertisement

5.   Target jobs / vacancies:
a.   Permanent / 12 months contracts salaried positions
b.   Paying at least $1,800 and above
c.   At least 8 vacancies per company

6.   Participating employers to provide:
a.   Company collaterals, marketing brochures & banners to decorate booths
b.   Interviewers to stay throughout the duration of Career Fair
c.   Update e2i of the interview outcomes for the shortlisted candidates within 2 weeks after the event.

Kindly complete both Form A (Job Vacancies details) and Form B (Events Acceptance Form) and email to theresa_tng@e2i.com.sg and alfred_lee@e2i.com.sg by Friday, 24 March 2017. You may attach any additional job descriptions and existing information to allow us to better understand your hiring needs.
