Dear Parents/Carers,
 
Year 1 are going on a local trip to visit St. George the Martyr Church on  Wednesday the 22nd March. As part of the R.E. curriculum we are required to visit a church as the children have been learning about Christianity this term.

The children always enjoy this trip as they have the opportunity to take their art books and draw features of the church that they have been learning about. We will also have the opportunity to talk to Reverend Jonathan Sedgewick who has strong links with our school.

If you are able to go on the trip as a parent helper, please let a member of the Year 1 team know.
