This weekend is the Afrikaans drama, Kringe in n Bos, a dramatic interpretation of Dalene Matthee's very well known book set in the Knysna forest. It is directed by Anton Treurnich and promises to be an excellent show. Please come and support our homegrown talent!.
AUDITIONS FOR ALADDIN!
Hold on to your turbans! The George Society of Arts new musical Aladdin, from Lifehouse Productions is an adaptation of the timeless Arabian tale will lift your spirits as you soar like a flying carpet to zany heights of hilarity. Aladdin is a Middle Eastern folk tale which is one of the tales in The Book of One Thousand and One Nights (Arabian Nights) and not an original Disney story!
This production has won awards for its light, melodic score.

The production will be directed by well known director Quintin van Biljon assisted by Madie Calitz. We are thrilled to have been able to source the script from Lifehouse Theatre for this adaption of Aladdin.
