It's Kitten Season!
Kitten Season
Kitten Season Has Arrived! Please help us help all the new kittens (and their mothers) now coming into our organization with their vaccinations, wormings, feline leukemia/feline aids testing, flea preventative, and any medical condition that needs treatment so they can go on to loving adoptive homes.

In addition, money is needed to cover their spay-neuters at 5 months of age. The mothers and fathers also need to be spayed/neutered to help break the cycle. You can donate thru PayPal on our website at forgottenfelinesny.org or mail a check to:

Please Adopt Us!

We have a great selection or adorable, loving cats and kittens looking for their forever homes. Here are four of our little beauties. Click on them for more info!

Tyler

Tyler is a 6 month old kitten that was rescued with his sisters from a home in Valhalla.

He is very sweet and playful.

Reese

Reese was rescued with his sister Tinkerbell from a sheet metal scrap yard in Sleepy Hollow

He resembles a Maine Coon, but is not. He is beautiful and a little shy at first but will flourish nicely in a quiet home.

Ms. Tortie

Exotic Ms. Tortie was rescued from a home in Croton along with 12 other females that needed to be spayed and 2 males. Ms. Tortie's littermates were all adopted, except for Ginger who is terribly shy. Ms. Tortie is getting better at letting her foster person hold her and will make a wonderful pet!

Buffi

This sweet and gentle cream colored little girl came to us hungry and upset as she couldn't find a place out of the cold. It seems she was abandoned in a wooded area just as the weather turned very cold.

She is now inside, has been given a clean bill of health, and is ready for a loving permanent home.  Will you be the one to make her wish come true?

A Happy Tale!

Sebastian Sebastian was rescued from a colony in November of 2015. He had initially tested positive for leukemia. Out of all the cats we had TNR'd he was the only kitten that tested positive. As beautiful as he was, we didn't have the heart to euthanize him and kept him in hopes the next test would be negative.

After several months of searching for a home for him, we found Jennifer in Massacheusetts, who wrote us a beautiful, heartfelt story of her kitten that had passed away from the same disease and wanted to give Sebastian a home. We were thrilled!! She had no other cats and had him retested months later and he tested negative!

Jennifer shared this wonderful news with us along with some photos. He has since gotten a sister as a playmate and is doing great. Thank you Jennifer, for giving this beautiful kitten a chance to live his life to the fullest.

And Once Again...

Our foster cats' heartfelt thanks to all of our supporters!

We couldn't help all these precious kittens without your financial support!
