Speaker Spotlight
St. Mark's Pastor, Chris Webb, was our speaker today.
Pastor Webb has been in the Air Force for 17 years and was deployed to the Middle East for 8 months in 2016 as a Chaplain.
He provided spiritual care and opportunities for airmen and soldiers to freely practice their religion.
He was also a worship leader and conducted 3 weekly services as well as teaching 3 weekly Bible studies.
One of St. Mark's strategic goals is to serve children in poverty. They are working in a partnership with Loving Neighbors to help provide literacy-rich early childhood education for 8-10 children (1-4 yr. olds)
They will be doing renovations at the church to create suitable spaces so they can begin to implement new programs to help children over the next few years.
March 14 - Lisa Riggsbee and Dara Kiely from the YMCA
March 21 - Ben Fehsenfeld and Ashely Cambell with Homeward Bound
