Hello Coordinators!

February has come and gone, and we now have the Folk Fest clearly on our minds! You should have been contacted by your Area Managers by now to confirm your 2017 intentions. If you have not been contacted, please let me know. If you have not responded to your Area Managers, please let them know.

A few updates to start the season are below:

The Portal is Coming

We are going to roll-out portal confirmations this weekend, from Friday, March 10 to Monday, March 13. I will be sending out staggered emails that detail how to sign-in and confirm volunteer intentions. We do this over the course of a few days to prevent a traffic jam and system crash.

After I have successfully contacted each crew, I will send out another Coordinator Newsletter, which will include portal and database instructions.

Volunteer Support Nights
The CFMF office is open late on the first Tuesday of the month (until 8 pm). Crew Coordinators are encouraged to drop-in to talk one-on-one with the Volunteer Manager.

At least one Crew Coordinator from each crew MUST attend one Kick-Start
