Daylight Savings Time Begins this Sunday!
Sunday, March 12
Please be aware that the return of Daylight Savings Time means turning your clocks ahead 1 hour on Saturday evening before you go to bed.  This way you won't arrive at church an hour late this Sunday morning!
 
Calvary Women’s Retreat
Saturday, April 8 @ Star of the North Retreat Centre, St. Albert
Calvary women are invited to this silent retreat, a day of meditation and contemplation, with breaks for great food, fellowship, and worship.  The retreat costs $30.00, and includes lunch and supper.  We will start in the am (time TBA) and finish at 6:30 pm.  For more info and to register, contact Andrea Milne-Epp, Betsy Thomas, or your listening prayer small group leader (if applicable) by March 25!
 
Lyon Browning’s Birthday Party

Everyone is invited to Lyon’s 25^th birthday party.  This is a drop-in event, so come and wish him a happy birthday, eat ice cream cake and enjoy some live music.  No gifts.

Money Matters: Putting it into Practice
Saturday, March 18 • 9:30 – 12:30 p.m. @ Calvary
Caitlin Beaton and Neil Kaarsemaker will be facilitating a seminar on financial management.  The course will cover topics such as: budgeting, debt management, saving, and investing.  We are looking to arrange child care for those interested in attending.  The cost of the course is $10 per person.  If you have any questions, email Caitlin Beaton.  To register for the course, please fill out this form.

Mommylicious Trade Show

Mommylicious is a show primarily featuring local businesses offering products and services geared towards families. There are approximately 70 vendor tables, as well as various bonus areas such as a bouncy house, face painting, mini photo sessions, stroller check, and more!

The City Harmonic in Concert

The City Harmonic is a Juno Award winning Canadian Christian rock band formed in 2009.  Their final tour, which will include both new and old songs, will be compiled into a live worship album.  For tickets, click here.

Undrip: Charting a Course for (Re)conciliation
Saturday, May 13 • 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. @ Taylor Seminary
This one day workshop is for anyone interested in learning more about reconciliation within the Indigenous context.  Hear from and participate with local Indigenous leaders seeking to catalyze action and understanding around the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.  Cost is $35.  Click here to register.
 
Art Vocabulary for the Soul Retreat
