Can You Respond To Famine?
Last month, a famine was declared in parts of South Sudan, the first to be announced in any part of the world for six years.
The UN warns that the world faces the largest humanitarian crisis since 1945, as famine spreads across East Africa and the Middle East. In South Sudan, nearly half of the population is in desperate need of food assistance.
South Sudan's crisis is largely caused by the on-going civil war.
But, despite the insecurity, positive action can be taken.
