The Village Community Association has been in existence since the very early days of the Village development. The association has grown over the years and has been a voice for issues for residents and an important vehicle for social interaction and community engagement.
Today the VCA has 105 household memberships with new residents arriving on a regular basis as the latest crop of new homes near completion.
A detailed Agenda will be sent out by e-mail prior to the meeting.
The meeting will report and update any initiatives that are in play at this time.
There will also be reports by the Treasurer, Social Committee, Christmas Decorating Committee, Garden Committee and the Membership Representative.
The past year has witnessed a number of changes in the Executive group with two appointments made to replace Executive members who resigned. The process undertaken by the Nominating Committee to attract people to serve on the Executive has had excellent results. More information detailing the positions open and the nominations for those positions will be sent out with the agenda.

Our Membership year is May 1 – April 30.
New Memberships and renewal payments (preferably by cheque - $30.00/household payable to Village Community Association) will be taken and new membership cards issued at this meeting.
Please come early to complete your renewal or application to join.
