Linaro Connect!

It ended with as much energy as it started. This Linaro Connect, in Budapest was jam packed with so many great keynotes and sessions, announcements and demos, it was hard to keep up. Knowing well how hard it is for anyone (attendee and online viewer) to see everything Connect has to offer, our crack team of event administrators and organizers have prepared the perfect way to relive and experience all of the excitement from last week!

Before diving head first into this newsletter, we would like to give a big thank you to our Connect Sponsors (ARM, Archermind, Arrow, Redhat, Ubuntu and Tinggly -  logos found in the header image)!

We would also like to thank everyone who played a part in the event, speakers, hotel staff, attendees, and of course the organizers who kept everything running like a well oiled machine!

Great! So what happened last week? We can drop you right into the madness, all you have to do is visit the Linaro Connect landing page. Here you will notice, the next Connect has already been announced... That was quick, see you in San Fransisco! From the landing page, you can poke around for resourcespictures (so many cool pictures!), and recordings of almost every live streamed session and keynote.

While I would like to post every video here, I think it is best you visit the resources page to choose what you would like to watch. For a quick overview of what entire week has to offer, it is worth watching the opening keynote speech from Linaro CEO, George Grey.

Hungarian Robot Association

As many of you may know, OpenHours had a nice little spot during Connect. On Thursday, we took over the grand ballroom (in hotel Corinthia) and hosted a live audience with a thoroughly knowledgable community panel. Local Hungarian engineers were invited to partake in this event, and many showed up!

This week in OpenHours (which starts in a little under an hour! JOIN NOW) we will be inviting many of these fine engineers back to answer questions about their association and their local efforts in Hungary. Please join us in welcoming this week's featured guests, and as always, bring your questions, comments and coffee for a fun hour of tech talk with the 96Boards team.

In this exciting installment, Ricardo will show us how to use 96Boards to set up your very own home brew system. Join us with your regular cup of coffee or... Your favorite beer! I (Robert Wolff) will be joining you with my favorite coffee beer from San Diego, what do your local breweries have to offer? See you then!
