Happy March and St Patricks Day Week! 
Spring is upon us and we've been having some beautiful sunny warm weather in Cambria. The rains have brought Irish green hills and a bountiful of colorful flowers popping up everywhere around town. It's a wonderful time to visit Cambria. 
We are looking forward to a fun filled Spring with lots of upcoming events in town. Starting in April come out for the Cambria Car/Motorcycle Show & Chili Cookoff with delicious chili and lots of cool cars to check out. Saturday May 6th is the new Cambria Olallieberry Festival. We are super excited about this event and can't wait to taste some Olallieberry delicacies. 

A Matter of Taste will be doing a "wee bit" of our own Spring cleaning this year. Starting April 1st (no April Fools here) we will be discontinuing some items and making room for new products. We are continually looking for new and cool things to stay current with the ebbs and flows of the gourmet food and houseware industry. So next time you are in the store keep your eyes peeled for some great deals and nifty new gadgets.

Chardonnay Garlic Chicken

Recipe By: Customer (and brother) Ed Farnum
INGREDIENTS
Crockpot
4 Chicken Breasts (bone in)
 1 jar Chardonnay & Roasted Garlic Marinade (a favorite marinade we sell at the store)
 1 Onion, Sliced thinly 

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Marinate chicken breasts with 3/4 bottle of Chardonnay & Roasted Garlic marinade for 2 hours. Place sliced onions on bottom of crockpot. Pour remaining marinade over onions. Layer chicken on top of onions. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. This chicken is super tender and moist. DELISH!! Serve with your favorite veggies and potatoes. 

Cambria Moscow Mules

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Orange Vodka
5-6 oz Ginger Beer
Lime for Garnish

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Fill Moscow Mule Mugs with ice. Pour vodka over ice. Fill with ginger beer and stir. Garnish with lime. A favorite cocktail we drink with our neighbors. They got us hooked on these thirsty mules.
