We now have 5 Reformers!

If you've had difficulty fitting into a reformer class, we have an extra reformer now available in each of the Reformer classes. 

Some sessions are now called 'Mixed Equipment'. These classes cater for rehabilitation, pregnancy, chronic pain etc. There will be a maximum of 4 in each of these classes and all the equipment (Wunda Chair/tower/barrels) as well as reformers will be utilised during the class. Individual needs will be catered for.

Both Mixed Equipment and Reformer All Levels are the same price category. You can use your reformer pass for both these classes. 

All equipment sessions will be held in the main studio room.
The mat classes will either be held in the side room (max 7 people) or at the CWA Hall (max 12 people).
