"Chirst with me, Christ before me, Christ behind me, Christ in me."
-- St. Patrick

Since it's St. Patrick's Day, below you'll find some great stuff about him and ways to celebrate the day.  You'll also see that our VBS dates are out.  It'll be four days this year: July 31-Aug 3.  We hope you can join us this summer for Vacation Bible School.  Watch for more information to come out in the coming weeks, but for now, SAVE THE DATE!

As always, you'll find our upcoming schedule and our FORMED feature.
Peace, Jenna Ripp

Check out this trailer: It's for an audio drama called, "The Trials of St. Patrick"
Celebrating St. Patrick's Day
Cathedrals Named after St. Patrick - This brief article features mostly photos from three beautiful Cathedrals named after St. Patrick: Dublin, New York, and Harrisburg.

The Trials of St. Patrick - There's more to St. Patrick than shamrocks and snakes.  This link will take you to the audio drama (watch the trailer above).
Easy Shamrock Craft - It's said that St. Patrick used the shamrock/clover to teach about the Holy Trinity - while there are three individual leaves, they make up one shamrock.  While all analogies fall short in some way, it is a great way to begin teaching kids about the Holy Trinity and the Three Persons (Father, Son, & Holy Spirit) that make the Trinity.  Here's an easy craft for you and your kids.
Food for parents and kids - Here's an "Irish" Grilled Cheese - great for the kids.  And parents, how about some Corned Beef and Irish Sliders for you (the Bishop gave us a dispensation for today - so we can eat meat!)
Camp Gray - Did you know that the Diocese of Madison Catholic camp has Irish roots?  The founding priest was from Ireland!  Find out more about that story on the Camp Gray Blog.
