Join us this Friday night for services and to wish a fond farewell and safe travels to our members, Sabrina & Daniel Gordon, who are moving to Hawaii.

Sabrina & Daniel GordonSabrina became interested in Temple Israel when she first visited as a guest with her mother. Sabrina recalls it was the 2nd day of Rosh Hashanah in 2014: "We couldn’t believe they gave us an honor to open the ark that day - we weren't even members!”

Temple Israel was also a significant part of Sabrina and Dan's wedding weekend in March of 2015. "Our family members from out of town loved our Shabbat dinner here, our aufruf and oneg, and especially Rabbi Neely. They [my parents] mentioned how included they felt by Temple Israel congregants." [February 2017 Bulletin, Trail Blazers page 10]

This Saturday at 11:15 am in Kindergarten Classroom 1, bring your friends and meet other families with small children as we celebrate Shabbat with the youngest members of our Temple Israel community! Led by Penelope Neely. All are welcome, and temple membership is not required. Afterward, stay and join our entire congregation for our Shabbat Kiddush Luncheon.

Join us Saturday morning, March 25 at 9:30 am in the Savage Family Chapel for our experiential workshop Prayerful Meditation, that helps open up the channels of spirit that connect us to God. Led by Rabbi Joshua Neely, it includes meditation, guided imagery, breathing exercises and more.
