Wrapping Up the Cookie Program
As we finish another great Cookie Program this weekend, here are some reminders to help program wrap-up be as smooth as possible for your troop!
✔ Girls Showing in Snap+: Make sure all your girls are registered Girl Scouts, and have submitted their Product Program Permission Form so they are correctly added to Snap+.
✔ Troop to Girl Transfers: Be sure to give each girl the right amount of package credit, including transferring all cookies sold at booth sales.
✔ Troop Proceed Plan: Double check that you’ve selected the right troop proceed plan. Remember, Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador troops have the opportunity to opt-out of recognitions for more troop proceeds!
✔ Cookie Share: If your troop has collected donations and you don’t have cookies on-hand, be sure to enter a Reorder in Snap+ for your Cookie Share packages by March 27! Be sure to order only 1 patch per girl in the Recognition Order IF she sold 6 packages or more for Cookie Share.
✔ Recognition Order: Remember, every troop needs to go through the Recognition Order process whether the troop is opting out of recognitions or not. The council will take care of ordering the COCOdirect patches for the girls who earned them. Check out the Troop Proceeds and Recognition Orders Snap+ Guide for a walkthrough!
✔ Girl Recognition Plan (for those earning a technology/experience item): Be sure to check with any girls selling 950+ packages to see if they would like the technology/experience item instead of recognitions and Cookie Dough. You will need to change the recognition plan for that individual girl in Snap+. Check out the Troop Proceeds and Recognition Orders Snap+ Guide for more information.
✔ Bling Your Booth Photos: Don't forget to submit a photo of your troop's best Blinged Out Booth by March 20! See full details in the Contests and Promotions Guide.
✔ Buy 5 and Win Entry Forms: Return completed Buy 5 forms to your local leadership center by March 31. See full details in the Contests and Promotions Guide.

Checking Out/Returning Cookies
If you are planning on returning cookies on March 20 or 21 per our Exchanging and Checking Out Cookies Policy (see page 3 of the Cookie Program Volunteer Guide for more details on requirements), you will need to email your Cupboard with the date and time you plan to be there.

Tip of the Week
Once you have finished entering in your Recognition Order, download and save the Recognition Order Summary by Girl report so you can easily know which recognitions go to which girls when they arrive at the end of April.

Important Dates:
- March 16-17: ALL CUPBOARDS AND JARS open for Planned Order pick-up & exchanges. Times vary.
- March 19: COCOdirect and booth sales end!
- March 20-21: ALL CUPBOARDS AND SELECT JARS (that were open for pick up March 16-17) accept returns from approved booth sales in Snap+ that took place March 17-19.
- March 27: Troop Recognition Orders and Virtual Cookie Share entries due in Snap+ by 11:59 p.m.
- March 28:
- Council will adjust troop proceed plans based on increase of sales over last year.
- Troop Product Managers receive email with the amount to be auto-withdrawn on April 4.
- March 29: Payment Adjustment Forms (if necessary) due by 5:00p.m.
- April 4: Final payment to council withdrawn. Troop proceeds stay in the troop account.
- End of April: TPMs will receive recognitions from your SUPC by the end of April. Cookie Dough will be sent directly to each family.
