Food: Tacos, fish and vegetable, guacamole, salsas, chilles en nogada...Pescatarian/ Vegetarian/Vegan.
Expect authentic and innovative Mexican cooking. I'll be having a go at making a giant tamale called a zacahuil on my Big Green Egg. Girls mucking about with fire!
