The Cherryland Amateur Radio Club regular monthly meeting is Tuesday 3/28 at 7:00 PM.

Please join us at the Salvation Army at the intersection of Barlow St. and Boon St. in Traverse City.

Our meeting program will feature Bob Naumann, W5OV. Bob is the DXEngineering Sales Manager and will join the club meeting Live via Skype. Bob will be presenting "The K3LR Story" for the club and will have time for questions as this is a live interactive presentation.

The K3LR station is one of the number one Multi/Multi contest DX stations on the planet. Tim Duffy, K3LR engineered and built the entire station and its massive 11 acre antenna farm of 13 towers, including its Yagi's, directional arrays, and switching systems that give it capabilities that are seldom seen in the amateur world.

For more information on the K3LR station, you can visit
http://forums.qrz.com/index.php?threads/amateur-radio-superstation-k3lr.445092/ but if you attend the general meeting on Tuesday you will get an "inside view" of the story of K3LR.

As always, there will be coffee and donuts for the folks who come to the meeting.
