Hello everyone!

We must begin this newsletter with some very sad news. We learned recently that Francesca Sheldon has passed away. She was a member of Horfield group and liked to post in our members' facebook group, often about health topics.

If you haven't already, and would like to, please send any memories of Francesca for us to include in the memorial we have created as our way of honouring her life. They can, as always, be anonymous.

We are happy to announce Changes Bristol now has a blog where we can
share with you news, opinions, articles of interest and even live blog some of our exciting events. It’s an addition to our existing newsletter and we hope it will help to keep you up to date with what’s happening. Contributions will be from a number of authors all connected with our charity. As a peer led group, we really do love to have our members get involved and so far, three members have contributed content. Our new blog can be found by clicking on the button below. Enjoy!

In this issue you can find out how we got on in our first Mend for Good event and hear how our planning meeting went for our May exhibition. We have an account by one of our members who is tranferring from DLA to PIP, our latest adventures at the Boiling Wellness group and a number of courses and activities we think you may be interested in.
The latest events we think you might be interested in can be found here.
