Niagara Browser Access with Firefox
Mozilla Firefox

The Moxilla Firefox 52 update that was released in March 2017 has removed the support for Java, creating a potential issue when trying to access Niagra via web browser. An extended support release version is being offered that will allow it to run until May 2018.

You can download the 32bit ESR 52 Version of firefox here:

Other options to continue using the web interface are to update Tridium to 3.8.111 which includes java web start or upgrade to Niagara 4 which doesn’t use java for the web interface. Web start is a java based browser that’s download and ran from the login screen.
