Two Awards For CitySoft!

Sage has awarded CitySoft with 2 prestigious awards for our work in 2016.
At the recent Sage Summit in Melbourne, CitySoft were awarded the Highest Revenue 2016 for SAGE X3 award for ANZ. This follows our award from Sage Asia - Highest Revenue 2016 for SAGE X3 South East ASIA.
Ian Hill attended the Sage CEO's Circle awards held in Costa Rica, where the top 50 Sage Partners globally, met with Sage's top executives and Board members to plan for 2017, and to receive briefings on Sage's strategies and product roadmaps for 2017 and beyond.

Win Story News

Citysoft have signed with an industrial manufacturer, moving from the end of life SBT Sage Accpac system to the Sage 300 package. Sage maintenance is included in the system so the system can remain up to date & the platform will run on the latest Microsoft Windows and SQL database versions, which will simplify and enhance data exchanges between Sage & Microsoft, and other 3rd party systems.
This was a logical move for the company as CitySoft can ensure minimal change in their way of doing business, minimising discomfort for staff during and after the changeover. This is a great opportunity to do things faster and more efficiently using modern technologies.

Sage Budgeting & Planning - a strategic insight tool that extends Sage 300 by automating & shortening the budgeting & planning cycles, reducing time to decision.
Capability to do adhoc queries from web screens
Modernise the Sage 300 desktop UI
Bank feeds - Automatically download bank transactions from the bank for reconciliation
Add & manage users from web screens and use a list of most recent web screens for fast access to key tasks.
Hosted Desktop - An option will be available to subscribe to a hosted version of Sage 300 with all the capabilities and a number of preselected ISV products included in the subscription.

Electronic Alerts for Changes

One excellent feature in Sage CRM that can save managers vast amounts of time is the ability to create electronic alerts when something in the database changes, doesn't take place by a certain date & time, or when something new is created. For example, the alerts feature allows for an on-screen, sms and/or email to be triggered alerting a person or people to an event , such as the addition of a new opportunity over $5,000 or the change to a key contact at a customer or perhaps an unresolved CRM case approaching your SLA.
