Jeremy Johnson Dominating 5-Star Tour This Year

With two tournament wins this year and a strong showing at the Super Bowl Doubles, Jeremy Johnson is dominating the 5-Star Tournament tour this year.

Jeremy's team won the Galactic Fab 5 held February 27th at Odyssey Fun Center and put him in great position to earn accolades in the Roto Grip Bowler of the Year contest as well.

Team Johnson consisted of Jeremy, Don Lueck, Cheryl Champeau, Lisa Champeau and Patrick Garrow.

In the finals Team Johnson defeated Team Schnettler 4518-443.  Team Schnettler was Bryan Schnettler, Austin Mertes, Brandon Mertes, Kyle Walters and Ryan Dreokosen

As a note to those who have not yet heard, the Holiday Classic that was cancelled due to weather and rescheduled for April 1st has been suspended for this year.  Too many conflicts in scheduling made this event too small to host this year and still be practical.

By virtue of that change, the ELITE Pro Shop charity fundraiser Fab 5 tournament set for Friday, April 14th will serve as the 5th event to determine the Roto Grip Bowler of the Year winners.  If you are not yet on a team and wish to bowl, contact us here and we will ask those incomplete teams if they need your help on their team.

Speaking of the points race you can see those results here through the February Fab 5.  Jeremy Johnson holds a 36 point lead over Cody Eickberg and a nearly 70 point edge over Mark Liermann and Steve DeKerf.
