Even thought I have always led a healthy
lifestyle as I aged my Scoliosis started to get worse, so I need to look beyond my daily walk and yoga to strengthen my core.

In 2006 I joined Coronation Centre and was happy to find the range of fitness classes available. Doing 4 classes a week with Cheryl has definitely made a difference. Getting a full range of exercises from Get Fit, Sculpt & Tone, Ball classes and the all important Flex Fit has made me feel much stronger and helps with my posture.

Even my chiropractor sees the benefits and always tells me on my monthly visit to keep up with the exercise classes.

A big THANK YOU to Cheryl for pushing us to reach a little further and making the classes more fun with her daily trivia. It never hurts to stretch the mind along with the body :)

PICKLEBALL
At the MacBain Community Centre

Join us for a fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong. Played both indoors or outdoors on a badminton-sized court and a slightly modified tennis net. Played with a paddle and a plastic ball with holes.
Played as doubles or singles.

You must purchase a 'Pickle Pass' from Coronation or at the MacBain Community Centre. No cash will be accepted. $15 for 10 passes.

A reminder to residents that all wreaths and artificial flowers are to be removed by cemeteries before April 1, 2017, to allow staff to proceed with regular spring maintenance.

Any wreaths that are not removed by April 1, will be removed by staff
