Do You Want to Package Your Magic Like Martha?

I've spent the better part of the last five years working with personal development teachers like Gabby Bernstein, David Neagle and Jenny Fenig to uncover my gifts, overcome my limiting beliefs and plan my future. I've learned that to ascend to the highest levels of leadership and visibility that you have to DO THE WORK and the rewards will come.

I am so humbled and honored to have been nominated and selected as one of Maryland's Top 100 Women by The Daily Record, a leading edge business and legal daily publication read by top leaders in the Maryland business and legal community. Over 500 women were nominated this year and to have reached the list of winners is beyond my wildest dreams. The award is in celebration of professional excellence, community service and mentoring younger women. I had actually placed the logo on my vision board back in September and forgotten about it. On April 24th I will be walking across the stage to accept my honor. Whoa. Crazy, right?

On my personal growth journey, I've also learned:

You have to get crystal clear on your vision.

You have to declutter.

You have to get your money story straight.

You have to shed limiting beliefs.

You have to be open to receive.

You have to trust that the Universe has your back.

You have to know what your WHY is.

You have to have others in your corner.

You MUST submit your order to the Universe in the form of a vision board.

You can manifest what you truly desire.

You have to take risks.

You can not fear failure.

Done is better than perfect.

You have to always be learning. Growing.

I strongly believe that we all have talents and gifts that need to be shared with the world. I am extremely passionate about teaching women to own their gifts and step into the powerful leaders that they are. I believe that collectively we can go farther together than alone. I am so excited to serve my tribe every day with inspiration, motivation and love!

Walking in this World by Julia Cameron: A companion to Cameron's infamous Artist Way book, this book is a practical guide on your creative journey. I'm currently in Week 9 which focuses on discovering a sense of resiliency. She covers worry, fear, restlessness, insecurity and more.

Conversations with God: A trilogy written by Neale Donald Walsh, this book was recommended by my mentor, David Neagle.I am almost done Book Two and it's given me a new perspective on all things spiritual.

Another crew are now alumni!

On Tuesday night, we wrapped up an accelerated course in Principles of Marketing at Notre Dame of Maryland University. Eight business undergraduates completed the course in just eight weeks! I was blown away by the marketing plans they developed. Due to inclement weather, we pivoted and met on Zoom! I'm so proud to now have over 150 alumni students from multiple colleges and programs.
