The City of Parkville is accepting proposals for harvesting hay on City property. The duration of the contract will be one year with the option to extend the contract for two additional one year terms. Two hard copies shall be submitted to Community Development Director Stephen Lachky, Parkville City Hall, 8880 Clark Avenue, Parkville MO 64152 in a sealed package/envelope clearly labeled “PROPOSAL – 2017 HAY HARVEST”.
