Can you believe it's March? The first quarter of 2017 has happened. I hope you have reached some of your creative goals and are working on more! This has been a month of exciting beginnings, as I'm now selling on Redbubble and Fine Art America! Whoo hoo!

A whole new set of poems was also published by Anti-Heroin Chic, a web publication I greatly admire. I'm so pleased to see my work there.

THE ART ♥

It has been a time of more growth and change, and of increased focus.

I received a wonderful new digital art tool called a Cintiq. It is powerful and liberating to use. Even though it's expensive, I have had my mind on it for some time, and finally was gifted one. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Here is an artwork I updated using the Cintiq. You may remember seeing her before in graphite and acrylic, but now she is digital.

On the left is a pastel I made years ago. Doesn't it look great as a framed picture?

I have been continuing to work on portraits and figure work, too, see below!

This is a figure drawing I did digitally. I had the idea of representing a woman with rainbow colors.
