2017 GOALS

Our sustainability goals are driven by our desire to continually improve The Green Collective, but they are also closely connected with our customers sustainable goals.

We see our business as an opportunity to be a force for good so we are committed to continue making products that are sustainable environmentally as well as socially and economically.

In 2017 we have revamped our shipping and with Eco Enclose onboard these changes are looking fantastic. These bags are made from 100% recycled content and the dual adhesive strip allows reuse prior to being recycled. A truly sustainable packaging alternative.

Our boxes alongside any internal protective packaging used is collected from local businesses before they head off to recycling. A big thank you to our customers for accepting torn cardboard, pre-popped bubble wrap and pre-scrunched paper!

Did you know we use eco-friendly water based inks, organic cotton, refuse plastic product wrapping, biodegradable packing tape. Our cloths are compostable, cardboard recyclable, we repurpose off-cuts destined for landfill, use second hand product displays made from old pallets or sourced at recycling centres.

(it is still our pleasure to pen a handwritten card in every order because without you we wouldn't have made it to 2 years in business back in Dec 2016. So yay you!)
