I thought you might find these 10 Tips on dealing with Stress useful. 

We had to do a listening exercise recently in my Dutch language class and the topic was 5 Tips on Reducing Stress. In fact, this experience alone has given me a whole new take on the common phrase: “Going Dutch”! 

Anyway, I’ve been testing these out and they really do make a difference. Then I went looking on the web and found all five in this list of 10.

In fact, I’ll now be incorporating these tips into my Stress Management & Productivity Workshop where I combine the latest findings in Neuroscience, Psychology and Performance to help people better understand stress and develop strategies for coping at work.
