Product of the Month
This month we have been wowed by the extremely cute Knit Me, Dress Me, Love Me book by the talented Sue Stratford. The book includes 7 delightful toys to knit; a bunny, a mouse, a kitten, a puppy, a monkey, a teddy and a panda, each with a mini version of itself that it can carry in a baby sling or put in a Moses basket! The toys are all the same size so the accompanying, beautiful, knitted and sewn clothes and accessories can be mixed and matched. We have a launch price of £11.50 (rrp £12.99).

We might see you there…
We’ve been busy this month with two shows, one at Olympia and one at the NEC. They were both stunning shows and it was lovely to meet so many of our fellow crafters there. The shows we will be attending in April are:
6 – 8 April: Craft4Crafters from at the Bath & West Showground
20 – 22 April: Stitching, Sewing & Hobbycrafts Show at ExCel, London.
If you love craft shows, keep an eye on our Facebook page as we often run competitions for free show tickets.

Make of the Month
This month’s winner of Make of the Month is Jenny Hodgkins with her fabulous creations from the Luna Lapin book. Jenny also made some extremely cute creatures from the How to Sew Little Felt Animals book too. They are all simply adorable (and, if you fancy having a go, we sell both of these books on our website).
If you fancy entering our competition (the winner receives a £5 web voucher), simply email or Facebook us a photo of your finished creation!

Tip of the month
If you use glass or safety eyes in your creations, have you thought about personalising them to a colour of your choice?
|
|
|
We stock clear glass and clear safety eyes which you can leave clear but, if you fancy having bespoke eyes, why not colour the back of the eye using sharpies, glass paint or even glittery nail varnish. Simply paint the back of the eye, wait for it to completely dry, and then add it to your creation (and please do send us a photo!).
Have fun with your crafts and please do share with us what you make via our Social Media Channels.
Kind regards
Becky & Jess
