In Celebration: Inspired Teachers Receive Top Honors in DC Schools
"It is surreal to me that I got Teacher of the Year this year... This is my fourth year in DC. For my first two years, I was at the lowest point of my career. I attribute turning that around to Center for Inspired Teaching.
"I want to make my classroom the most joyful place. We are a community. We have a bond, and we go on this journey of learning together. Inspired Teaching helped me do that."

Our teachers' success in DC Public Schools impacts students across the city, including many in high-needs schools, and contributes to our mission to ensure every child — in public, charter, and private schools; in DC and beyond — has an Inspired Teacher.
