A New Way of Thinking and Being
by Kim Hyshka
Spring is right around the corner and we're excited for this season of new growth! There's a sense of renewal and excitement here at Dialogue Partners as we work on some exciting projects together as a team and also individually. Steph is sharing her simple shift in perspective in her blog, "What happens when you act from a place of 100%?" It's a fascinating read about approaching life, partnership, work and relationships with 100% energy, effort and care. Forget what you know about 50/50 and give 100/100 a try! Steph also shares her insight on consensus and how to get there in her blog, "How NOT to create consensus." Erin reflects on a recent trip to Boston in her blog and how taking the time to set intentions and a way of "being" can promote meaningful conversation and serve participants and clients.
We're so grateful that we get to share all of these experiences with you. We wish you all a wonderful new season of growth too!
Sincerely,
The Dialogue Partners Team
