This quarter we have an article discussing Self Defence and also Stretching. Yes we know you Wing Chun guys took up the Art because it required only kicking low!!!
Stretching is a minefield of information and misinformation. In this edition Sifu Mark Solomons of the Chelmsford, Colchester and Harlow branches, discusses a subject he has studied intensively. Mark has worked with NHS trusts and GP Surgery's and teaches Wing Chun as a profession. Mark also conducts private one to one coaching for fitness and weight management. In this edition Mark will introduce some simple approaches that are aimed at helping YOU to take control of what you eat to get the best result as martial artists who may push the barriers in your training.

We are now in Glasgow Scotland with the relocation of one of most popular teachers Sifu Zubbiar Khan. We wish him well and happily state that if you are looking for a skilled and experienced teacher in Scotland who is humble and approachable then look no further.
