Resilience Report

Your Monthly Breath of Fresh Air

If You Know Anyone Struggling with Anxiety...

We have the program for them. Our Anxiety Explained program is running again starting May 10! We received AMAZING feedback from our past participants including:

"[After the program], I feel more acceptance for myself- seeing anxiety as sometimes a positive. Grounding exercises help with slowing down anxiety- to look at it as part of me- manageable, but not who I am."

Learn how our Anxiety Program is so much different from any anxiety resource out there. We address all underlying causes of anxiety from a perspective of empowerment, leaving participants with concrete tools and a sense of motivation.

RESILIENT SOUNDTRACK

Thanks to one of our amazing clients who sent Rose Cousin's Freedom to us! This song is all about healing from the end of a relationship and learning that sometimes you are better off on your own.

This quiet is full, this quiet is loud
I'm sorting through what's left of us now
And I found freedom from what could have been
Freedom from the love you give
Freedom

Well I pride myself in letting go
I'm better off and stronger alone
I've got my freedom from choices made
And freedom from being brave
Freedom

Well the tides of love, they ride the moon
And it's only at night, but I think of you
And my newfound freedom from your caress
And freedom from the blame, I guess
Freedom
Freedom
Freedom

When you're with me, there's no illusions
You and I took this to its natural conclusion

I should have gone right from the start
Then I would have freedom from this broken heart
And every breath that's marking time
And the distance from when you were mine
For this freedom
Freedom
Freedom
Freedom
(Repeats)
