The Kirksville Kiwanis Club welcomed fellow Kiwanian Ashley Young to speak at their March 23rd, 2017 meeting! Young serves as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Kirksville. He presented on the proposed 1/2 cent sales tax for Kirksville Parks and Recreation, which will be on the General Municipal Election ballot this coming April 4th, 2017.
