A variety of activities for young people aged 12-24 will be available including:

  • Horror Movie Marathon

  • Hip Hop Dance Workshop.

(Every Monday for 10 weeks)

Ten weeks of yoga sessions will commence at the Rockingham Central Library in April.

The sessions are designed to suit all fitness levels; however they are not suitable for pregnant women, or those who need assistance to get up from and down to the floor.

An enrolment form must be completed before starting the classes.

To celebrate National Youth Week and Youth Homelessness Matters Day, the City is teaming up with Headspace Rockingham to facilitate the ultimate couch race and car park party.

Watch our teams navigate their couch through the racecourse before joining us for a car park party with free food, fairy floss, bucking bull and giant games.

Enjoy free tacos while listening to four young citizens present ideas for a community project. Then vote for the idea you think is the best.

The young person with the winning idea will receive up to $3000 in funding to make that idea a reality.
