You need not remove the sun
Nor the moon
Both of which light our way
Surrounding the world in all places, over all people
Reminders that mystery has no boundaries
That love transcends all space and time
You need not remove the sun
Nor the moon
But let us also know of your light
Everlasting, as rays of sunshine on a summer day at the lake
Peaceful, as moon beams on a silent winter night
And make your light, your mystery, your love,
just as real to us.
