Afternoon, Savannah,

And just like that, it's springtime in Savannah.  The humidity and sand spurs will return shortly.  Be sure to post during the "pleasant" time of year, before summer shows up.

We are also reaching a point where we need more men to step up and lead a workout.  Two-Pack did a fine job this morning at Daffin Park, pushing the group with a Pull-Up/Burpee ladder.  The workout portion of F3 stays fresh due to the variety of workouts, which is a result of a variety of Qs.  Some bring it hard, some encourage more chatter during the workout, some will Q to their strengths - which are often your weaknesses.

With a new month upon us, we're going old-school with Q sign up.  No more voluntolding.  We're looking for leaders to step up and Volunteer.  Each AO has a designated Q, or man who is responsible for ensure everything works well there.  The AO Q has taken on the responsibility of guiding these workouts and ensuring they have the resources needed for growth.  The AO Qs will be responsible for recruiting others to lead workouts at that location.  If they cannot recruit someone, they will be responsible to lead it themselves.  Count how many times you just read "responsibility".

We will still have the 1st F portion of the e-mail, which includes the schedule and the Q for that location.  The link for the sign up spreadsheet will always bee in that section of the e-mail.

Here's the current list of AO Qs:
Monday Daffin - Matlock
Monday Pooler - Deuce
Tuesday Ruck - Salmonella
Wednesday Hull - Hamm
Wednesday Pooler - Doughboy
Friday Daffin Shuffle - Guppy
Friday Pooler Shuffle - Glowstick
Saturday Daffin - Advisory Board (also known as "We need someone to take over as AO lead")

Cheers,
F3 featured on the Today Show.  Click here to learn more.

We always need Qs (workout leaders).  All men are welcome to lead.  Add your name on the list or contact the site Q listed.

All men are welcomed and encouraged to Q.  Click here to sign up and see the schedule.
