Repeat Caller Tracker

 

Where the Caller I.D. is identified, the Telephony Service can recognise service return callers and allow them to continue where they last used the service. In addition, report provision is available. 

 
 

Agent Transfer Request

 

When the service is unable to transfer a caller due to no agent being available the service can offer the caller a repeat attempt before requesting the caller try later.

Meet an Informer

My name is Donna and I have worked for Inform Communication for the last sixteen and a half years in lots of roles! My current one is Operations Manager.

I work alongside the National Manager (Julian Mead) at Inform and our Clients to produce telephone or digital services to support Client requirements. I work very closely with the Inform Customer Services, IT/R&D Team and the Sales and Marketing Team.

Some of you will have met me during script reviews and will know, I am heavily involved in the research and writing of scripts too. This is the part of my job that is the most time consuming but it is very interesting to see the different ways that Councils present the same thing!

It is not all work, I have been happily married for a number of years, have two children, and I am a very proud Grandmother to 3 children, so I am busy, busy, busy!
