County of SLO, Office of the Assessor
The County of SLO has one of the longest standing Back 'N' Forth Club commuter programs in SLO County. Eliminating more than 300 single occupancy vehicle trips per-day, the County has found success in offering pre-tax benefits, a daily paid incentive, showers, fleet vehicles for business trips, and more.
Rideshare's Lead Super Commuter for the Assessor's Office, Laura, has successfully helped her coworkers switch to the bus, rather than driving alone, by offereing free “Try Transit” day passes available through the Back 'N' Forth Club. Laura also recently invited Rideshare on site to walk office-to-office and talk to Assessor's Offfice employees about their daily commute challenges and get feedback on the Back 'N' Forth Club program.
