If your school is located within a 30-kilometer radius of Red Deer,
enter to win a FREE field trip to the Alberta Sports Hall of Fame and Museum. Your prize includes Bus Transportation, Admission, an education program of your choice and a pizza party lunch for the whole class! This is the ultimate field trip for any grade!

To enter, send us a picture or video of your class doing a physical activity together; showing us that they are getting moving and learning the importance of an active lifestyle. Submit your entry before April 28th and your classroom could win!

It's Spring!

Submit a photo of your students or class doing an outdoor cleaning activity (within the school and or community) that teaches them how their actions can make a difference in their community. Some examples include; clean up days in the community, picking up garbage around the playground, and dealing with yard waste around the school grounds.

Any group activity that can show children that their actions can play a huge role in making a difference in someone’s life, regardless of how young they are.

Submit your picture before June 1, 2017, and your class will be entered into a draw to win a free field trip and pizza party to the Alberta Sports Hall of Fame and Museum.

Don't forget about Special Guest & Honoured Member Cheryl Bernard!

Cheryl Bernard will share with students how important it is to have dreams and goals and how working hard will help them achieve their dreams. She will talk to your class about how her passion for curling led her to represent Canada at the Olympic Games and how her dreams and goals played a critical role in her achievements.

10:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Cost is $75.00 a classroom

As part of the presentation, your class will also receive a Beyond the Classroom Dreams and Goals education program. Dreams and goals shape children's lives and motivate them to learn. They give your life purpose, direction, and meaning. They influence your life choices, help you build toward the future, and give you a sense of control and hope.

What dreams do your students have?
What do they want for themselves, their friends, family, and their world?

The Alberta Sports Hall of Fame & Museum provides a family friendly interactive experience. Be surprised at what you will discover inside. Have fun, laugh, play together, and discover famous Alberta sports celebrities. Plan your birthday party, special events, or corporate reception in a unique environment!
