Many community partners and professionals are working together to help families and communities learn more about building resiliency. Here are just some of the resources I have gathered as I attend community meetings.

CHEO info sheets:
Helping children/youth who are feeling suicidal
Helping children/youth with depression
Helping children/youth with self-harming behaviour

Parents' Lifelines resources:
Coping when your child has mental health
While you wait for mental health service

Many networks are developing around the response to the Opiod Crisis. A two part webinar is being offered by the Ottawa Public Health to provide community members with information. If you are interested in learning about how to use Naloxone kits, please contact me. ~ Leslie

Diocesan sponsored events supported by the Parish Ministry Committee...

Clergy and parish leaders are invited to pass along this information to ensure that families are aware of the opportunities that exist. Please do not assume that your families already know! Forward this message with an invitation to them to connect with me directly.                                                                                                                                                                  ~ Leslie
